1. What programs do I use?
I currently use Ibis Paint X for my artwork.

No. You have to pay before you get the art.

I will wait 3 days before I discard the artwork.

7. "I'll credit you on my social media if you give me free art!"
No. I will not do that.

8. "Am I allowed to use your work for commercial purposes?"
Unfortunately, not at the moment. As I do not understand how that works yet.

9. "How long do you typically take on a piece?"
About two weeks or longer depending on the piece, my school schedule or personal reasons.
Terms of Service
1. General Terms
- All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
- I might record the drawing process and post it on my YouTube.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
- I have the right to cancel any order due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
- Any commission reference must be properly detailed and clear.
2. Payment Process:
- I will only accept payment in the currency of USD.
- All payments are to be sent through PayPal.
- 50% of all payments must be paid upfront before work on the commission can start.
- If final pay cannot be given in three days after completion, you will not receive the commission.
3. Art Process and Delivery
- After the beginning payment, I will notify you when I start your commission.
- During the process, I will show the process for review and anything you would like to change.
- With the reviews, you will look at WIPs of the commission and point out the change you would like. Circling the parts for change will be a huge help in making the piece.
- The time it takes to complete your commission varies between 2 weeks β 1 month. This will vary depending on complexity, health, school and/or other personal reasons.
- If any of the above factors happen, I will notify you immediately.
- Once the product is finished you will receive it in a high resolution. Note there will be no physical product, only digital.
4. CopyrightI, the artist, claim all rights to the produced art and thus I have the right to use the commission for:a. Self-promotion
b. Video of the process for self-promotionYou, the buyer, has the right to use the commission:
a. For personal use such as profile picture, post on social media.
b. For making a physical print.
c. For self-promotion, my credit is not necessary, but it is appreciated.The following is considered to be copyright infringement:
1. Claiming the commission as your own work.
2. Reselling the commission for your own financial gain.
3. Altering the commission for the sake of saying it was not made by me.
4. Tracing the commission to use for your art.I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution.5. Refund / Cancellation
- If you decide to cancel the commission before I begin, you will be fully refunded.
- If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will be fully refunded.
- In the case of a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you.
- If you ignore the previous statement and do a PayPal chargeback for a refund or a refund you were not allowed to, you automatically forfeit all rights to any commission you have/would have received. I have all the rights to make any profits on the commission that was made. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.6. Revisions
- You are allowed 3 revisions during the sketch and depending on these revisions the prices can change.
- No more revisions are allowed after I begin line art.
- If I misunderstood any revisions, I will give you an extra revision to fix the mistake.7. Will Draw / Wonβt Draw
- I will draw OCs, Fanart, Chibi, humans, couples/ships of any gender, a cartoon version IRL People with their permission.
- I will not draw NSFW / Slight NSFW, Hate Speech, Political or Religious Works, Mecha / Robots, Animals, Imitation of other art styles or artists.
8. Deadlines
I cannot do deadlines. See number 3 for the wait time.
9. Customer Happiness
I do my best to get your commission done and made to the best it can be.
